Payment Options

Momentum Energy offer a range of practical payment options to help manage your accounts effectively. Don't forget that if you are on a product with a Prompt Payment Discount, paying on time will save you money.

Momentum Energy requires you to pay your bill on the pay-by-date. Unless otherwise agreed, this will be at least 12 business days from the date the bill was sent out by us.

Payment Options

Direct Debit: Give us a call on 1300 662 778 or fill in the direct debit request form to arrange this easy way of managing your account. We will be offering direct debit via EFTPOS or Credit Card in the near future. Stay tuned for this launch.

BPAY®:  Payments can be made easily through your participating financial institution.

Australia Post Bill Pay:  Present your invoice in person at any Post Office Branch.

Pay Online:  Pay your bill online using your AMEX, Visa Card, MasterCard or Bankcard. Simply CLICK HERE or go to the 'pay your bill' icon at the top of our homepage to use the secure web portal.

Mail:  Mail your cheque or money order to  (payable to Momentum Energy) together with your payment slip to:    Momentum Energy, GPO Locked Bag 2960, MELBOURNE VIC 3000.
