We want to be there for you when you need it most. Therefore, Momentum Energy offer a few options for financial assistance with your energy bill. This includes: Commonwealth Concessions, Life Support Concession, and the Utility Relief Grant Scheme (URGS).

Commonwealth Concessions

You may be eligible to receive a discount on your electricity bill as part of your Commonwealth Benefit. If you hold a Centrelink Commonwealth Benefit or DVA Commonwealth Benefit (Department of Veterans' Affairs), fill in the form below and send it back to Momentum Energy.

Life Support Concession

If you have a life support machine in your residence you must report this to your energy retailer in order to ensure continuous supply of electricty to your property. You may also be eligible for a discount on your energy bill. The forms necessary to apply for this discount are provided below for your convenience.
