Your Contract

Your Contract comprises the details in your supply order form including any special conditions set out in that form, as well as these standard terms and conditions.

If there is any inconsistency between the details in your supply order form and these standard terms and conditions, the former prevails.

After the effective date, we may carry out a credit check through a credit reporting agency.

In making a decision about your credit rating and in dealing with credit management issues, Momentum Energy will comply with any relevant guidelines published.

If you are transferring from another retailer to us then, after the effective date and assuming we are satisfied with your creditworthiness, we will arrange for your supply address to be transferred to us. We will aim for the transfer to take effect from the proposed start date included in the supply order form.
