Online payment:

Your protection against fraud

We understand that the security of your money is extremely important. We use the Commonwealth Bank internet payment system (Bpoint) to secure your payments. That’s how you know that you’re protected by leading and innovative security measures.

Trojans and viruses on your personal computer can intersect regular transactions so please take care to ensure your computer is free of these. Remember that reputable companies and banks will never ask you to provide your credit card PIN.

If you suspect any malpractice contact us immediately and email info@momentum.com.au with a screenshot of the suspected activity.

Phone: To pay over the phone via your credit card please call us on 1300 662 778, then press option 3, followed by option 1.
Direct Debit: Instruct your bank to make automated payments by filling in the direct debit form (209KB PDF) and sending it back to us. It’s the easy way to pay your Momentum invoices directly.
BPAY®: Payments can be made easily through your participating financial institution.
Australia Post Bill Pay:   Present your invoice in person at any Post Office Branch.
Mail: Mail your cheque or money order (payable to Momentum Energy Pty Ltd) together with your payment slip to:
Momentum, GPO Locked Bag 2960, MELBOURNE VIC 3000.
