We understand that the security of your money is extremely important. We use the Westpac internet payment system to secure your payments. That’s how you know that you’re protected by leading and innovative security measures.
Trojans and viruses on your personal computer can intersect regular transactions so please take care to ensure your computer is free of these. Remember that reputable companies and banks will never ask you to provide your credit card PIN.
If you suspect any malpractice contact us immediately and email firstname.lastname@example.org with a screenshot of the suspected activity.

|Direct Debit:||Instruct your bank to make automated payments by filling in the direct debit form and sending it back to us. It’s the easy way to pay your Momentum invoices directly.|
|BPAY®:||Payments can be made easily through your participating financial institution.|
|Australia Post Bill Pay:||Present your invoice in person at any Post Office Branch.|
|Mail:||Mail your cheque or money order (payable to Momentum Energy Pty Ltd) together with your payment slip to:

If you receive payments from Centrelink you can arrange for a regular amount to be paid directly to your Momentum account.
If you would like to arrange payment for your energy bills by Centrepay, call us on 1300 662 778 to obtain your Momentum Centrepay Reference Number. You can then contact Centrelink directly to arrange your Centrepay deductions.
