Direct Debit is the easy way to pay your Momentum Energy invoices directly.
Direct Debit via bank account: instruct your bank to make automated payments by filling in the Direct Debit Form and sending it back to us.
Direct Debit via credit card: you can set up automated payments from your credit card in My Account.
Payments can be made easily through your participating financial institution. See the remittance section of your invoice for more information.

Mail your cheque or money order (payable to Momentum Energy Pty Ltd) together with your payment slip to:

If you receive payments from Centrelink you can arrange for a regular amount to be paid directly to your Momentum account.
If you would like to arrange payment for your energy bills by Centrepay, call us on 1300 662 778 to obtain your Momentum Centrepay Reference Number. You can then contact Centrelink directly to arrange your Centrepay deductions

How do I read my bill?

Where do the costs come from?
When does my bill come
Your electricity bill will be sent quarterly or monthly, depending on the frequency you've selected.
Gas bills are sent bi-monthly, i.e. every second month.
