It is a wonderful surprise to be treated (as a customer) in a positive, friendly and prompt manner. There is HUGE difference in the experiences I've had throughout the years with various electricity/gas companies. With Momentum it actually feels like the customer service reps (on the phone as well as via email) are actually there, with the interest to "look after" the customer (as opposed to just answering calls because it's part of their job.)
You guys raise the benchmark in customer service!!!
