Our energy prices are changing soon

NSW, QLD or SA, market offers - electricity

• If you join on or before 31 May 2025, your prices will change on 1 July 2025. 

• If you join from 1 June to 30 June 2025 your prices will change on 1 August 2025. 

• If you join from 1 July 2025 you will be signing up to our new rates. 

Impacted customers will be notified in advance of the new rates and charges.

VIC, market offers – gas and electricity

• If you join on or before 30 June 2025 your prices will change on 1 August 2025. 

• If you join from 1 July 2025 you’ll be signing up to our new rates.

Impacted customers will be notified in advance of the new rates and charges.

• If you join on or before 30 June 2025 your prices will change on 1 July 2025. 

• If you join from 1 July 2025 you will be signing up to our new rates. 

Impacted customers will be notified in writing in advance of the new rates and charges, except customers who join us in the 10 business days before 1 July, you'll be notified of your new rates when you sign up.

VIC, standing offer - gas

• If you join on or before 31 July 2025 your prices will change on 1 August 2025. 

• If you join from 1 August 2025 you’ll be signing up to our new rates. 

Impacted customers will be notified in writing in advance of the new rates and charges, except customers who join in the 10 business days before 1 August, you'll be notified of your new rates when you sign up.
