If you join on or before 30 June 2026 your prices will change on 1 August 2026.
NSW, QLD, SA or VIC, standing offer - electricity
Electricity standing offer prices change on 1 July for all customers, regardless of when you sign up.
If you join in the 10 business days before 1 July, you'll be notified of your new rates when you sign up. All other customers will receive written notice before the new rates take effect.
VIC, standing offer - gas
Gas standing offer prices change on 1 August for all customers, regardless of when you sign up.
