Pay your gas or electricity bill securely using a credit card through our online energy bill payment tool, hosted by Westpac. Remember that if you're on our Self Serve plan, there's a credit card fee.
If you prefer to pay another way, check the options below.
You can set up direct debit through MyAccount or over the phone by calling us on 1300 662 778.
Otherwise, fill out our direct debit form and send it back to us.

From your credit card:To set up payments with your credit card, log into MyAccount and set up direct debit in your payment methods. Remember that if you're on our Self Serve plan, you're not eligible for credit card direct debit.
Call us on 1300 662 778 and select option 2, then option 1 (8am - 7pm, Monday - Friday).
The biller code and reference number are both in the 'Remittance advice' section of your bill. Log into your online banking to pay using BPay.
You can pay your energy bill in person at the post office.
Otherwise, give them a call on 13 16 18 or pay online at postbillpay.com.au
Send a cheque or money order with your payment slip to: Momentum Energy, GPO Locked Bag 2930, Melbourne VIC 3000.
You can arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment to pay your energy bill. Centrepay is a voluntary bill-paying service which is free for Centrelink customers.
Start or change a deduction at any time online using your Centrelink account. You'll just need the Momentum Energy reference number, which is 555061190T.
