Momentum Energy wins Most Satisfied Customers Award

This year, for the very first time, Momentum Energy has won the 'Most Satisfied Customers Award - Electricity Provider, Victoria' by Canstar Blue.


Who is Canstar Blue?

Canstar Blue is a customer satisfaction research and ratings business focused on product and service excellence to help customers make better purchase decisions. Each year they commission an independent company, Colmar Brunton Australia, to survey Australians to find out what they think about energy providers. Find out more about Canstar Blue.

What were we recognised for?

1,312 Victorians were asked to rate eight different electricity retailers, and not only did we come out on top, but we are also the first energy retailer to achieve top ratings in all of the survey criteria, which included:

  • Value for money
  • Uninterrupted supply
  • Payment plan availability
  • Customer service
  • Billing
  • Energy efficiency advice

It's also worth noting that since the award was introduced in 2010, this is the first year Momentum was provided a rating - which is testament to our growing reputation in the market.
